Meet Joseph & Heba

Joseph and Heba Taylor serve as the senior leaders of IHOPKC. They have been part of the IHOPKC spiritual family since 2002. They were introduced to the ministry during their college years while leading nightly prayer meetings on their campus in upstate NY. The Lord used the context of corporate prayer and worship to awaken them to a deeper hunger for Him.

They joined staff in 2005 and have been shaped by the call to night-and-day prayer, wholehearted love for Jesus, and raising emotionally and spiritually healthy disciples of Christ.

Over the past two decades, Joseph has led in the prayer room, pastoral care, executive leadership, and the operation and administration of IHOPKC. After serving in prayer room and ministry roles for his first several years here, he felt the Lord leading him to take on more operational roles. For the last several years, Joseph has served as the Director of Operations and later as the COO.

Heba served in various ministry and prayer room leadership roles before stepping back for several years to start a family. She has led women’s discipleship groups and has been involved in preaching at IHOPU, conferences, and services, all while raising their four children in the rhythms of prayer and worship.

Together, they carry a heart to see a healthy, unified spiritual family empowered to minister to the Lord, disciple young people, and contend for revival across the nations. With a deep respect for IHOPKC’s history and a hope for the future, Joseph and Heba are helping lead the ministry into its next chapter with a collaborative team of servant-hearted leaders.
