On Retirement of Digital Content
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Retirement of Digital Content
-
Why is older content being removed from public access?
To steward our digital resources wisely, we’re removing public access to some legacy content that hasn’t been accessed frequently. This helps us make room for future content and keeps our systems running smoothly. It is a normal part of digital stewardship.
-
What types of content are affected?
Older teaching sessions, past events, long-term archive footage, and legacy worship sets that are no longer actively viewed. This digital content will simply no longer be accessible to the public.
-
When will this happen?
The content removal will take place on Tuesday, August 12.
-
Will I still be able to watch recent prayer room sets?
Yes—the most recent 12 months of prayer room archives will remain available on our website. -
Will there still be a way to access the removed materials?
While the materials are not being deleted, public access to certain archives will be removed, and we won't be able to honor individual requests to retain specific items.
-
Is the mission of 24/7 prayer with worship changing?
No. Our commitment to 24/7 prayer and worship remains unchanged.
-
Will this update affect the Unceasing App?
Yes. As part of this transition, some older teaching sessions, past events, long-term archive footage, and legacy worship sets that are no longer actively viewed will be retired from the Unceasing App. This change will not affect any of the music currently available on the app, and you will still have access to the most recent 12 months of Prayer Room archives.
